Do I need WhatsApp Business?
For the WhatsApp Receptionist, yes — each business uses its own WhatsApp Business number. If you don’t have one yet, we help you set it up.
I’m not good with technology. Will this work for me?
Yes. You don’t manage the system — we set it up, and your team keeps using WhatsApp and your calendar exactly as usual.
What happens in a real emergency?

Does it replace my staff?
